Please fill out the linked questionnaire to the best of your ability at least 24 hours before our strategy session. This will lay the groundwork for your website and allow me to do some of my own prep work beforehand.

I've created a Google Drive folder that will serve as your own personal drive for this project. You'll find access to your website copywriting templates, and folders to upload any content (photography, stock images, videos, files, etc) that will be incorporated into your website as well as any website copy you already have ready. If you already know what pages you want images to go on, you can section them into separate folders, or I can help with that later. Feel free to go ahead and get started on your website copy, but we'll go over it in our strategy session so don't feel like you need to have it done yet.
Lastpass is a free and secure password management system you can use to safely store your passwords from all over the internet. We'll use it so you can securely share your log-in details with me for things like your Showit account, website domain, email marketing software, and social media accounts so I can get everything integrated on the back end. So much better (and safer) than that sensitive information floating around in an email.

Asana is a free project management program that I use for all of my design projects. As I work on your website, I will upload file, images, and links to a workspace exclusively for your website for your approval. Instead of having things in several different email threads and wondering where that homepage design you could've sworn you just saw went, it will be in one central, easy to navigate location for you to review, provide edits, and/or approve.

We'll use Google Drive and Google Docs to gather all of your content for your website. I've made a folder just for you to add all of your images and content for your website. Inside you'll also have access to any copywriting templates you need for your project. These are your own versions for you to customize to your business and website. If you didn't receive an email from Google giving you access to this folder, email hello@briarcroftlane.com.
